Kadin Budu Kofte


500 gr mince meat

1 glass rice

1 large onion finely chopped

2 teaspoonful salt

2 teaspoonsful pepper

2 teaspoonful parsley

1 tablespoon oil

2 tablespoon flour

2 eggs


Method


Split mince in half

Saute the onion

Add half the mince

Boil the rice (20 mins)

Add all the ingredients except flour and eggs

Shape and roll the mixture into balls roll in flour and dip in the egg and fry in the oil
